The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across the full product development cycle—from concept creation to final production execution.This role requires strong collaboration with design, merchandising, and production teams, as well as the ability to balance creative direction with technical precision in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have experience creating apparel graphics, prints, and production-ready artwork for fashion and wholesale environments. They are skilled in developing seasonal collections, preparing technical files, and collaborating cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and marketing teams. They demonstrate a strong ability to balance creativity with technical precision in rapid-paced production settings.Design original artwork for apparel graphics, prints, patterns, and seasonal fashion collections from concept to productionCreate tech packs, line sheets, and detailed specifications (specs) for manufacturers and overseas vendorsDevelop repeat patterns, colorways, and print-ready files, including separations for production (screen print, sublimation, etc.)Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design accuracy and commercial viabilityProduce marketing visuals, lookbook assets,



and social media creative content aligned with brand identityCommunicate directly with overseas vendors and factories, supporting sample development, revisions, and approvalsManage multiple deadlines across concurrent collections while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistencyStay current with fashion and graphic design trends and contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessionsAdobe Illustrator (advanced) – technical flats, repeats, vector artwork, print layoutsAdobe Photoshop – mockups, image manipulation, textile graphicsAdobe InDesign – line sheets, presentations, lookbooksExposure / working knowledge of:3D / CAD tools (currently learning or developing in 3D garment visualization software)Production workflow tools used in fashion developmentProduction & Technical DevelopmentStrong understanding of fashion production workflows, including print techniques, fabric constraints, and garment construction considerationsExperience preparing production-ready artwork files with precise specifications for manufacturing executionComfortable reviewing samples, making corrections, and ensuring design integrity through production stagesStrong fashion-forward eye for color, typography, composition, and trend directionHighly detail-oriented with strong technical accuracy in production deliverablesAbility to balance creativity with strict production requirementsComfortable working independently and within cross-functional teamsStrong multitasking skills in fast-paced seasonal production cycles
