This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who has experience managing multiple projects, working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.The ideal candidate will have robust project governance experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience using Azure DevOps Boards in Product Manager and Scrum Master capacities.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)PMP or PRINCE2 certification8+ years of hands-on Project Management experienceStrong understanding of Waterfall, Hybrid Agile,



and Agile project delivery methodologiesExperience managing multiple concurrent projects, budgets, timelines, and resourcesExperience creating enhancement roadmaps for custom-built applicationsHands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards as both Product Manager and Scrum MasterExperience preparing, reviewing, and finalizing Statements of Work (SOWs)Strong experience producing project documentation including:Change RequestsStatus ReportsCommunication PlansExcellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsAbility to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in regulated industriesUtility or electricity transmission industry experience is highly preferred
