About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead creation of estimations and bids for commercial tenant improvement projects.You will be responsible for all estimations and bids, working closely with the Business Development Manager and Project Management teams to ensure all bids and estimates are done to a high level accuracy and clarity, and aligned with company project goals.ResponsibilitiesLead all estimating and preconstruction activities for commercial tenant improvementsPrepare, review, and oversee bids for potential projects, assessing risk and value, and finalizing tender submissionsIdentify opportunities through public tenders, support with prospecting recent projectsWork with clients and consultants to ensure bids and comprehensive and done to a high level of clarityDevelop preliminary project schedules and budget forecastsCollaborate with site leadership to document ongoing projectsCommunicate with stakeholders on tender negotiations,



support in bringing tendered from submission to contract awardSupport in business development efforts on an ongoing basisSkills and RequirementsExperience as an Estimator within the construction industryExperience estimating commercial tenant improvement projectsExperience using a variety of estimating software and toolsDesire to work directly with the senior leadership team and support the continuing growth of the company on a long-term basisProven ability to communicate with dynamic teams on multiple projectsStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to find quick solutions and implement them proactively in dealing with problemsFinal ThoughtsWe believe in diversity of thought and experience.
