They will respond effectively to quality and productivity and health and safety requirements. They will see to the planning of operations and collaborate with management to continuously optimize and improve processes.What you're responsiblefor:Setting goalsfor performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinatesOrganizingworkflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasksMonitoring employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coachingMaintaining timekeeping and personnel recordsSharinginformation from upper management to employees and vice versaPreparingand submit performance reports
