As a Kitting Coordinator in our Operations function within the Spine division, you'll play a vital hands-on role in assembling, inspecting, and maintaining surgical kits (loaner and consignment sets) — ensuring every kit is complete, clean, and ready for use so surgeons can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.What You'll Do:Receive, inspect, and verify loaner and consignment surgical kits for completeness and conditionAssemble, break down, and rebuild surgical kits according to defined standards and proceduresEnsure all kits are accurate, fully stocked, and ready for shipment or useOperate washer/disinfector and related equipment to clean and maintain kits in compliance with quality and regulatory standardsMaintain accurate tracking and documentation of kits and individual componentsAssist in managing inventory of kit components and suppliesIdentify missing, damaged, or expired components and elevate issues as neededFollow internal quality procedures and compliance standards at all timesSupport warehouse activities such as picking, packing,



and shipping when requiredCollaborate with Distribution and Customer Service teams to ensure timely kit availabilityWhat You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent requiredNo prior experience required — comprehensive training will be providedExperience in assembly, warehouse, healthcare, or regulated environments is an assetStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes consistentlyReliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamGood communication and organizational skillsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftWhy VB Spine?We believe in growing talent from within.
