The role entails building, developing, and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems and dashboards that support key business decisions.The role requires:Technical conceptualization, design, build out and optimization of Data & Analytics reportsIngest automation development and implementation of all data sourcesETL package creation using various sources e.G. Files, Databases etc., Data conversion etc.Data Modeling, Visualization, Admin- Workspace/Apps/RLS/Gateway refreshesScripting- Database views, Tables, Stored Procedures, FunctionsDisaster recovery including maintenance of automated DB backupsOversight for server security auditsGuiding a team of technical resourcesKnowledge transfer and upskilling technical resourcesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or college program in computer science or a related field5-8 years of programming experience in complex environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Strong expertise in Data Architecture, Solution Design, Data Modeling, Database Design, and Data Lake Integration.Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development,



database administration, monitoring, and optimization.Proficient in Power BI, SQL Server (SSMS), SSIS, Azure, ASP.NET, GCP (BigQuery), and Salesforce.Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale data and reporting solutions.Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive and innovative mindset.Thrives in fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments.Solid team player with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Excellent communication and technical documentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,role, skill set, and level of experience.
