Job TitleProject Execution ManagerLocationVancouver or EdmontonJob SummaryThe Project Execution Manager is responsible for leading the successful planning and execution of construction‐related projects that support Victaulic's strategic growth initiatives. This role partners closely with cross‐functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and customer expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership experience in a construction or industrial environment, thrives in a fast‐paced setting, and is comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. A certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from planning and award through final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and customer expectations are met or exceededPartner with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metricsDevelop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsProactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issuesCoordinate cross‐functional internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project executionProvide regular project updates and progress reporting to leadership and key stakeholdersTrack project performance using KPIs and recommend corrective actions as neededEnsure adherence to Victaulic project management standards and best practicesSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and execution disciplineFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellenceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience leading projects in a construction, engineering, manufacturing,
