You'll:Meet prospective tenants at our properties and show available unitsDrive between buildings in our Edmonton portfolioAnswer questions and help prospects find the right unitFollow up with interested prospects after viewingsSend leases for electronic signature and follow up to make sure they're completedKeep track of your prospects and leasing activityProvide a friendly, professional experience from viewing through signed leaseCompensationThis is a 100% commission-based role. You'll earn 25% of one month's rent for every lease you close.



Potential to earn $2,000-$6,000+ per month depending on availability and leases closed.ScheduleThis role offers a high degree of flexibility and autonomy. You'll manage your own schedule based on your availability and the viewings booked for you by our leasing team.While there are no fixed shifts, prospective tenants are often most available for viewings Monday-Friday afternoons and evenings, or throughout the day on weekends, so these tend to be the busiest times.RequirementsA valid driver's licence and reliable access to a carAvailable to work evenings and weekendsStrong communication and people skillsOrganized and dependable, with good follow-throughComfortable meeting new people and conducting viewings independentlyResponsive by phone/text and able to keep on top of multiple prospectsSales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate experience is an assetWhy this could be a outstanding student jobYou'll have a flexible schedule, plenty of opportunities to earn commission, and real-world experience working directly with prospective tenants and a growing real estate company.
