Registered Practical Nurse is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and performs various tasks based on the client 's plan of care.ClientCare ManagementPerforms assessments in the community ( including nursing)Ensures standards of care, compliance with College of Nurses standards, state/provincial regulations and standards of careDevelops standards that ensure safe and effective services to clients and families; Establishes care plan, completes and maintains related records and documentationEnsures a high standard of customer service is delivered to clients from intake to client conversion,
