Fraser Health in British Columbia is seeking a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to provide assessment, treatment, consultation and follow-up for clients and caregivers within an interprofessional team focused on person-centred and recovery-oriented care.You will monitor and adjust care plans, administer prescribed psychotropic medications, participate in case conferences, educate staff and families, and liaise with community agencies to coordinate services.
