We are searching for a Drone Support Specialist to help maintain our growing customer fleet of EAVision spraying drones at our Airdrie, Alberta shop.Job DutiesAs a Drone Support Specialist, your primary focus will be repairing, testing, and maintaining our customers' EAVision spraying drones while managing the parts and support process behind each repair, including shipping parts out to customers and repair locations on a per-order basis. You will also serve as a technical resource for customers, troubleshooting issues by phone and email and supporting the sales team with product demonstrations.Learn and maintain an understanding of DJI Agras and EAVision spraying drone platformsRepair and troubleshoot drones being used by our customersProvide live troubleshooting via phone and email for customers needing technical supportComplete analysis and diagnostics on drones received into our repair shopAccurately complete drone repairs in a timely fashionManage parts inventory and shipments, including shipping parts to customers and other locationsWork with EAVision support to troubleshoot and warranty components on dronesAssist in the sales process by performing demonstrations for prospective customersMaintain an organized workspaceExperience & QualificationsTransport Canada RPAS Pilot Certificate (Advanced Operations), or the ability to obtain certificationHas built and operated one of the following: multi-rotor drones, RC aircraft, RC cars/trucksAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningExcellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly describe technical processesSelf-motivated and accountableAgriculture knowledge and experience requiredDuties may be adjusted based on business needs and candidate strengths.
