Delpath is seeking a Technical Help Desk Specialist to provide first-line IT support for users, handling software and hardware issues in person, by phone, or remotely. The role starts onsite at 2201 Eglinton Ave East Ecosystem 4 and shifts to a hybrid mode with three days on site per week.Schedule options include 9:30–5:30 or 10:30–6:30, with late rotation coverage every six weeks (12:00–20:00). Must have bilingual English/French proficiency, solid knowledge of operating systems and desktop
