Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Supervisor, Distribution Centre to play a key role within the department. This position is responsible for managing and achieving the daily and weekly production targets, leading teams towards achieving business unit objectives, and providing leadership to a team of direct reports. This role supports the daily outbound operations of 40,000 automotive hard parts to stores across Ontario.What You'll DoDetermine labour needs based on workload and assign tasks accordinglyServe as key holder, responsible for security of the facility; assist in areas relating to loss prevention, security, and safety controlsPlay a key role in assisting with Health & Safety initiatives by ensuring all members adhere to proper safety procedures and protocolsProvide regular coaching and guidance to all team members pertaining to work expectations, accountability, and deliverablesConduct annual performance evaluations in accordance with demonstrated work deliverables and behaviours; set objectives for teammembers which align with business objectivesMotivate and mentor coaches, designated trainers, and team membersConsistently meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork,
