With just under 200 people within the business, including 50 working remotely.Role SnapshotRecent recent scheme/business wins are leading to a number of new roles and expansion of current teams.Job OverviewThe Pensions Analyst role will see you gathering and documenting requirements associated with the delivery of projects, systems developments and client implementations. You will work closely with project managers and system developers to deliver requirements,



proactively consider and anticipate customer requirements and ensure system processes and data are of a high standard.ResponsibilitiesAnalyse data effectively and accurately to ensure data integrityProvide clear and concise reporting of data analysis for checking and issue to clientsProvide input to project scoping to ensure estimated effort & costs are as accurate as possibleComplete client project work in line with proposal documents to expected target dates and to meet revenue requirements, ensuring any potential risk is flaggedProvide input to implementation project scoping and tender responsesProvide expertise on the processes/systems around implementation, particularly relating to data migration, calculation set‐up, image load and payroll reconciliationRequired Skills and ExperienceStrong technical database (DB) knowledge, ideally with several years of experience in DB and DC administrationStrong DC knowledge gained from a background in pensions administrationStrong communication, numeracy and MS Office skillsPrevious implementations, data analysis or business analysis experience is a bonusAdditional InformationSalary for the Pensions Analyst role is to £40,000 + professional study support and company pension. As mentioned above, the average working week would be 2 days office and 3 days WFH.
