With design, fabrication, and installation managed under one roof, the team works closely from start to finish and takes pride in quality, precision, and delivering on its promises.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Field Coordinator to join the Railings team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be the link between the job site and the project team. You will attend site meetings, record measurements, inspect work in progress, and keep the Senior Project Manager informed on project status, scope, and schedule. This is a hands‐on, on‐site role for someone who is organized, detail‐oriented, and comfortable in active construction environments. It is a great opportunity to build a career in field management in the window wall, curtain wall, and railing industry.ResponsibilitiesAssist with projects assigned by the Senior Project ManagerAttend site meetings and keep detailed notes of all meetings and discussionsReview all project elements, including scope of work, special requirements, and lead timesVisit work sites to inspect assigned projects and update the Senior Project ManagerAssist with measuring on site and recording measurements accuratelyOther duties as assignedQualificationsFull G licence and a reliable vehicle to travel to job sitesStrong written and verbal communication skills,
