Responsibilities may include:Greeting patients upon arrival and providing a welcoming,



professional first point of contactProviding front-line customer service and general assistanceSupporting patient flow and helping manage lineupsConducting an initial review of patient needs and directing individuals appropriatelyAdvising walk-in patients when a location has reached capacityIdentifying situations that may require additional attention and escalating them immediately to the onsite managerAnswering general questions and providing appropriate directionSupporting the onsite healthcare team as requiredThis is a patient-service support position.
