It's about managing production timelines, packaging details, and logistics to make sure every order runs smoothly, stays on spec,



and ships on time.What You'll DoManage complex orders from production start to final delivery.Track timelines, updates, and dependencies using production calendars.Coordinate closely with factories, shipping, and fulfillment teams to keep everything moving.Work with Customer Service to get quick answers on order details and approvals.Double-check all specs, packaging notes, and shipping instructions before release.Flag potential delays early and work cross-functionally to stay on schedule.What You BringExperience managing custom or made-to-order production (promo, print, packaging, or similar industries).Strong attention to detail and a calm, organized approach under pressure.Excellent communication — able to chase info and follow up without letting details slip.A natural problem-solver who enjoys connecting the dots between art, production, and logistics.
