This is a full time permanent position in a shop environment, working Monday to Friday with overtime available. Pay is $35.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on experience and tickets.You will be building and repairing structural and plate assemblies from drawings, working alongside a small crew of fitters and welders. This is steady indoor shop work with no travel and no rotation, so you are home every night.Candidates must currently live in Red Deer or the immediate area.What You'll DoLay out, fit, and weld structural steel and plate assemblies from shop drawings and blueprintsWeld using FCAW, GMAW (MIG), and SMAW (stick) processes on carbon steelRead and interpret weld symbols, tolerances, and fabrication specificationsOperate shop equipment including grinders,
