Over time, with mentoring, this role grows into greater ownership of how those systems are architected and secured.RequirementsWhat You'll OwnDay-to-Day IT SupportHandle password resets, and hardware/account provisioningExecute account-cleanup and offboarding checklistsCoordinate with vendors on routine issuesBusiness Systems AdministrationAdminister and maintain our core business systems (GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Invoiced.Com, InFlow) — user setup, permissions, day-to-day configurationEnsure reliable data flow and integration across platformsSupport department heads with systems questions and requestsEscalate architecture-level or security-standards to leadershipAutomation & ScaleDesign workflows that reduce manual effortImprove hand offs between sales,
