This role is critical in ensuring Operations employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competency required to execute Precision Scheduled Railroading (PSR) safely, efficiently, and consistently across all locations.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIESSchedule, deliver, and support training sessions aligning overall business strategies and performance targets for the Operations departmentCoordinate and manage courses, programs, and examinations, revising content as necessary to adhere to policy or procedure changesAssist in the development of structured training plans and deliver courses according to established curriculum guidelinesAccurately enter training records into the Learning Management System (LMS) for Train and Engine (T&E) and proactively address any emerging training issuesProvide continuous support to client groups, field managers, and recent hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resourcesEvaluate on-the-job performance of trainees,
