OverviewReporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Steel Door Manufacturing Group. This role ensures products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while meeting production timelines and cost objectives.As a key leader on the production floor, you will work closely with team members to drive performance across manufacturing, quality, safety, and people management.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Operations ManagementOversee daily manufacturing activities and assign work ordersMonitor progress against production schedules and adjust as needed to minimize downtimeEnsure efficient use of labour, materials, and equipmentLead, coach, and support production employees to achieve performance goalsFoster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environmentSupport employee training and development initiativesHealth, Safety & CompliancePromote and enforce workplace safety policies and proceduresEnsure proper use of PPE and safe work practicesConduct regular safety inspections and participate in incident investigationsQuality AssurancePerform regular quality checks (e.G., dimensions, welds, hardware preparation)Identify and address quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actionsDaily Operations & CommunicationLead daily toolbox meetings to communicate priorities, targets, and safety updatesProvide timely updates to management on production status, delays,
