The Lead Civil/Structural Engineer will lead site and structural design efforts for mission-critical data center facilities. This role will ensure all civil and structural systems are designed to meet performance, safety, and code requirements while supporting fast-track project execution and coordination with cross-functional engineering teams.DAY TO DAYDevelop site plans including grading, drainage, roadways, and access routesDesign structural systems for data center buildings (steel, concrete, precast framing)Engineer foundations, slabs-on-grade, and seismic/wind load systemsCoordinate routing of water, sewer, storm, and electrical utilitiesDesign structural supports for mission-critical equipment (generators, UPS, chillers, etc.)Prepare structural drawings, details, and technical specificationsSupport Supply Chain Management (SCM) and prefabrication teamsParticipate in vendor design reviews and coordination meetingsTravel regularly to the United States for project supportMUST HAVESBased in Montreal, Canada or surrounding areas. Hybrid schedule - 3 days/week in the officeBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,
