Duties include:Perform mechanical system design (HVAC, Plumbing)Perform design calculation as required (heat loss, heat gain, flow calculation)Learn the TWS design and drawing standardsEnsure design complies to codes and regulationsWork well independently or in a team environmentEnsure projects are completed within allotted schedules and budgets,



and to high quality standardsMentorship of new and junior employees is also a key part of this role in our organizationConstruction admin such as:Attend meetings with clients, Architects, tradesWrite site instructions, Change OrdersReview shop drawingsPerform site reviews as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:Mechanical HVAC & Piping System design.Proficient in use of AutoCADKnowledge of ASHRAE Standards.Understand the Alberta Building CodesTechnical competence and strong attention to detail.You are a self-starter, passionate about your work, enjoy being challengedWork well independently or in a team environmentExcellent communication skills (interpersonal and written) and proven ability to collaborate with teamIn addition to a market-competitive salary and benefits package, we offer real advancement potential within a team environment where outstanding performance is rewarded.
