Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future.Job DescriptionPosition Summary:As an Order Fulfillment Buyer/ Expeditor within the Sourcing team, you will interact with PSI, Plant Production, Logistics, Category Management, Sourcing, Quality Assurance, accounts payable, and suppliers to help support production activities and schedules. You will be responsible for purchase orders and their contents from the moment they are issued until they are closed out, i.E., setting contract terms, maintaining Outline Agreements, order confirmation, expediting deliveries, maintaining accurate delivery dates in SAP, Coordinating with Quality and Logistics, resolving any payment issues to the supplier, financial tracking of costs recognition, and any other tasks as assigned by the manager.Essential Functions:Lead high-stakes negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and drive cost efficiencies.Oversee comprehensive supplier management, ensuring performance metrics, contract compliance, and long-term partnership development.Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the strategic team to align procurement activities with broader organizational objectives.PO creation and interfacing with suppliers to ensure the PO is received/acknowledged, scheduled, and the ship date is met.Ensure planned ship date aligns with production needs and, if not, work with the supplier to improve delivery.Follow up with email correspondence in an organized and timely fashion,
