The role requires working 11–12 hour shifts with fly‐in/out logistics, adherence to safety standards, and leadership in a fast-paced kitchen setting.The candidate should have at least 3 years of kitchen experience, a hospitality/culinary background, and optional MAPAQ certification. Excellent teamwork and time management are essential.
