Our team is committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.Position OverviewThe Hot Tub Technician is responsible for the delivery, installation, maintenance, and repair of hot tubs and related equipment. This role requires robust technical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will ensure customers receive safe, reliable, and professional service.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and install Beachcomber hot tubs and related equipmentPerform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on hot tubs and spa systemsTroubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical componentsConduct water care consultations and provide product recommendationsOpen and close hot tubs seasonally for residential and commercial customersEnsure proper setup and operation of pumps, heaters, and filtration systemsMaintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentationEducate customers on proper operation, maintenance,
