Job Title:Millwright Positions afternoon shift – Full TimeJob Overview:We are currently recruiting for Millwright positions on the afternoon shift. These are unionized positions with a pay rate of $42.70/hour.Key Ingredients:Must participate and work within safety regulations and guidelines while maintaining a secure work environment for all plant employeesMust possess excellent Communication skillsPerforms preventive maintenanceCompletes records and reportsUpdates drawing and documentation as requiredParticipates in continuous improvementMaintain repair and install mechanical and mechanically related equipment within the plantAssembles, disassemble, modify mechanical equipment working from engineering drawings, field sketches, other related documents and verbal instruction needed to perform assigned dutiesAbilities:Excellent knowledge of equipment and processes within scope of job.



Certified in use of all required equipmentSkilled in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatic and mechanical equipment problemsCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to work at heights up to 40 feet using Scissor-lifts and laddersWorking knowledge of lathe, milling machine, grinder and hand toolsWorking knowledge of MIG/TIG weldingRecipe for Success:433A Industrial Millwright LicenseDemonstrated experience in working in a fast-paced team environmentMust have good communication skills (verbal and written)Demonstrated ability to work effectively with othersMust be physically fitProblem solving, job task planning and organizing, continuous learning and improvementexperience working in a food related environment in a maintenance capacity5 years' experience in a maintenance role is an assetExperience with welding and machining
