We hope to find an individual who will grow with the company and contribute to making FDB a leader in the construction industry.Required Qualifications and SkillsPrevious experience running a top-hammer hydraulic rock drill, excavator, and other heavy equipmentKnowledge of care and maintenance of drill, excavatorMust possess a valid Driver's LicenseMust be a team player with excellent communication skills, who is eager to learnAble to lift heavy loads and be prepared for frequent strenuous activityMust be willing and able to work in all elements (heat, cold, wind, rain)Willingness to work out of town for periods of timeSafety consciousnessTeam-oriented, but able to work aloneKnowledge of an assortment of tools and equipment is an assetEmployment is conditional upon satisfactory background screening
