This role requires strong technical knowledge of development mining and proven leadership skills to maintain Dumas' outstanding safety record.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise underground development crews to achieve cycle targets and maintain safe work practices.Coordinate drilling, blasting, mucking, and ground support installation according to mine plans.Ensure compliance with all health, safety,
