As a Senior Civil Engineer I/II, you will:Develop project designs by evaluating project constraints, site conditions, project goals, agency requirements, and engineering best practicesSupport construction administration efforts, including RFIs, submittals, and construction changesTrain and provide technical guidance to junior engineering staffPrepare technical reports and perform complex calculations related to hydrology, hydraulics, water quality, stormwater detention, and utility sizingComplete complex grading designs and earthwork calculationsDeliver high-quality engineering work products, including full QA/QC reviews and completeness checks, for internal and external stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited four-year institution5–7 years of experience, depending on prior land development design experienceAt least 2 years of independently solving complex engineering problems in land developmentProficiency in AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop (LDD), and/or Civil 3DA motivated, curious problem-solver who works well both independently and collaboratively
