Through play-based learning, we foster children's development across all key domains including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, language, and early literacy skills - cultivating a lifelong love of learning.We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team. The RECE will provide nurturing care for children aged 0-12 in a group setting, following the organization's policies and program statement. This role requires professionalism, creativity, and a strong understanding of child development. The RECE will adhere to all professional responsibilities outlined by the College of Early Childhood Educators.Education required:



RECEResponsibilities:Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for indoor and outdoor programs based on children's emerging interests.Communicate with families/guardians about their child's development and learning.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality early learning environment where all children feel valued and respected.Complete developmental assessments on children such as the ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE 2 and use the information to support children's development.Maintain confidentiality of all children, families and employees.Qualifications:Post-secondary diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent.Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators.Valid First Aid and CPR certificate, including Infant/Child CPR Level C.Transparent Vulnerable Sector Check, no longer than 6 months old.
