This position offers a fantastic chance to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow within our organization.About the jobIn this seasonal role, you will:answer/screen incoming telephone calls and respond to electronic inquiriesschedule meetings and calendar management for managersprovide financial administration support through processing financial transactionsprovide human resources-related support to managers with recruitment activitiesassist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other office-related documentsmaintain and order office suppliesPlease note: These seasonal positions typically start in the fall and end in late spring—with summers off!What you bring to the teamOffice and financial skills:knowledge of basic office tasks related to finance, general administration and human resourcesability to work with numbers to check spending,
