Hiring for Desjardins Insurance Kanata Location – Mark A Reid Insurance & Financial Services Inc.Position is Full-Time On-Site Monday-Friday 9am-5pmSalary range of $36,000-$45,000 plus no cap bonus based on performance!!Job Requirements:Sales and Service experience (preferred).Successful track record of meeting sales goals.Self-motivated.Ability to relate to customers.Robust communication and interpersonal skills.Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.Organized, with the ability to problem solve.Ability to work as a team.Strong understanding of technology.Ability to motivate and leadership skills.Qualifications:No experience necessary - training is provided!Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain - we will pay for these costs).Life and Health license (must be able to obtain - we will pay for these costs).
