Position required to maintain and repair HVAC equipment throughout a current facility located in Springfield, Virginia.Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:Adding refrigerant to or removing refrigerant from equipmentInstalling and troubleshooting heating and cooling systemsCutting, welding, soldering, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixturesReplacing component and parts (pumps, pipes, fans, etc.)Using power and hand tools safely to support the facilitiesMaintaining air and water treatment systemsInspecting refrigerant systems for leaksReading blueprints & schematics, utility plans, mechanical drawings, and electrical and wiring diagramsEntering data into a Computerized Maintenance Management System; and
