As the Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our Operator Training team throughout the sales process to ensure customers receive excellent service. This will include working in the CRM, answering mainline phones, and handling customer inquiries.As the Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:Handle a high volume of incoming calls for main phone linesUtilize the CRM to pass leads to Account ManagersDevelop a comprehensive understanding of active clients and product offeringsEnsure compliance of standards within the department in support of maintaining positive customer experiencesProvide general administrative support for the Operator Training departmentAssist with completing registrations and follow up on client feedback as neededProvide coverage for Account Managers as neededRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:At least two years of related customer service experienceStrong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience working with a CRM (i.E.
