AgWest Ltd. is looking for a highly organized anddetail-oriented Service Advisor to join our Yorkton team. This role combines Service Advisor, administrative,warranty, and parts support responsibilities , providing support to both theYorkton and Weyburn locations . The successful candidate will help keepwork orders, warranty claims, invoicing, documentation, and Parts requirementsmoving efficiently while providing backup coverage for both Parts departments. Key Responsibilities Service Advisor & Customer Support Respondto customer and internal service inquiries by phone, email, text, and inperson. Openand maintain work orders, ensuring accurate customer, unit, complaint, andjob information. Scheduletechnicians and coordinate job priorities and requirements. Prepareservice quotes and communicate job status, expectations, and updates. Coordinateparts requirements and communicate availability to technicians. Reviewcompleted work, address customer concerns, and ensure work orders areclosed accurately and promptly.



Supportproductivity and established Service KPIs. Participatein a rotating on-call schedule, as required. Maintainaccurate records, logbooks, time entries, and required documentation. Coordinatetraffic, loaner, and related paperwork. Workcollaboratively with Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments. Administration & Warranty Processand submit approved OEM warranty claims and follow up on pending orrejected claims. Trackwarranty documentation and coordinate warranty parts returns. Enterand process POs, invoices, credits, and approved credit-card expenses. Followup on missing documentation, receipts, invoices, and other administrativeitems. Completework-order corrections, document uploads, filing, and generaladministrative tasks. Assistwith PSP administration, till/deposit paperwork, and Yorkton
