The Traction Motor Technologist will lead the engineering efforts of major projects in electric motor developments. The Traction Motor Technologist will be responsible for the design and development of electric motors from concept to production, ensuring high quality standards throughout.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver motor design solutions meeting customer requirementsOwn DVP&R definition and execution to validate product performanceLead DFMEA activities and design reviewsPerform analysis including FEA,
