It is required for all jobs.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesThis role is physically demanding and requires working in various weather conditions. Working in conveyor picking stations, removing unwanted material from the product stream. Each day or evening shift, you will engage in a range of tasks that focus on efficiently preparing materials for loading and unloading. This includes organizing supplies, ensuring that everything is in optimal condition, and coordinating with team members to facilitate a smooth workflow. It's a dynamic position that necessitates strength, stamina, and attention to detail.Cleaning production areas, including shoveling, scraping, and sweepingAssist with shop and yard cleanliness by removing debris and picking up metal from various places throughout the facilityClearing snow as required.Loading and unloading material and equipmentAssisting operators with maintenance and repairs of equipmentPressure washing yard equipmentAssist in organizing and cleaning the warehousing and parts storage areasRequirementsHigh School diploma or CAEC/GED, or must pass a company comprehension assessmentNo experience necessary, but previous work experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar scrapyard/auto part environment will be considered an assetAble to meet the physical demands of the position,
