Role: L3 Support PegaEmployment: Full TimeLocation: Toronto, ONWork Arrangement: Hybrid 4 Days/WeekJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Full Time L3 Support Pega professional with solid Pega Platform, Java/Spring Boot, production support, and observability experience to manage complex L3 incidents and drive issues through resolutionKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end L3 incident resolution through ServiceNow, including RCA and SLA closurePerform technical analysis across Pega, Spring Boot, integrations, APIs, and database layersUse Splunk for log analysis, correlation, and incident triageUse Dynatrace/DataDog for performance analysis, monitoring, and dependency mappingMonitor batch jobs, schedulers, queue processors, listeners,



and application healthRaise and manage defects through JIRA/JTFM with detailed RCA documentationMap production incidents to backlog items and drive fixes to closureParticipate in daily defect triage and production support callsExecute and validate standard, emergency, and release-related changesCollaborate with L2, Development, Infrastructure, and vendor teamsMaintain runbooks, knowledge-transfer artifacts, and audit documentationIdentify monitoring gaps, alert tuning, and automation opportunitiesMandatory SkillsStrong Pega Platform experience with CSA/PCSA or equivalentHands-on Pega tracing, clipboard, rules debugging, job schedulers, and queuesStrong Java and Spring Boot troubleshooting experienceExperience with APIs and microservicesHands-on Splunk and Dynatrace experienceStrong L3 production support experienceServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management experienceJIRA/JTFM defect management experienceStrong RCA and MTTR management experience
