Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support delivery of commercial TI building projects around the Calgary area. This role will work directly with the Project Management team and Site Superintendents to ensure project plan administration supports the execution of field operations.You will support all phases of the construction project, including subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule and within budget, with responsibility for project administration.ResponsibilitiesAssist in administrative project set up and establishing document controls under the direction of the Project ManagerAssist with pre-construction planning activities including look ahead schedules, health and safety, procurement, construction logistics, and project execution plansSupport with tender package submittal and subcontractor tender package recommendations to clientsAssist with obtaining all permits and local authority permission to buildWork closely with team members to identify, develop, and implement cost-effective project deliveryWork with superintendents to deliver safety-oriented, on schedule, high quality projectsIdentify, address, and resolve problems as, or before, they occurDevelop and maintain close relationships with clients, consultants, subtrades,
