As the Executive Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary management team to create and execute exceptional dishes, maintain a positive culture of excellence, and mentor the team. You will supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring recipe compliance, kitchen best practices, and safety regulations. Oversee service and, at times, work a section in relief Supply ordering Assistance with time management/scheduling Off-site events, catering execution Work with and lead cooks, developing team members Collaboration with culinary team members for menu development, recipe creation/standardization What will you bring to the team:
