Responsibilities:Meet with all new Associates on their first day of workConduct hands-on training with all new Associates, following mentorship training guidesProvide ongoing feedback to Associates during training including face to face and written testingConduct formal training as neededFollow-up with new Associates on a weekly basisContinue to be available as a resource to new Associates after training is completeProvide feedback to Leader on current Associate trainingProvide Leader with updates regarding the necessity of additional training or recertificationConduct necessary retraining with existing AssociatesDevelop training guides or procedure manuals per Leader / Human Resources requestsOngoing review and implementation of improvements to mentorship programLiaise and participate with Human Resources / Leaders regarding the effectiveness of mentorship programExperience and Educational Requirements:Post Secondary Education preferredBoardwalk Experience in necessary positionsTechnical Requirements:Strong knowledge of tools, parts, building maintenance and operationsStrong knowledge of Boardwalk applications – BPMS, BPMS Mobile, and BOSSFamiliarity with computer tablets,
