The successful candidate will work with children with diverse needs at BrightPath centres across Calgary to promote independence, development, and participation in daily activities.Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain license and certification requirements, adhering to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by professional organizations such as the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create supportive and effective environments for the childMonitor and evaluate the progress of intervention plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomesMaintain accurate and detailed records of assessments,



intervention plans, and progress notesMaintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and procedures of the organizationContribute to program development and clinical quality initiatives for the organizationQualifications/RequiredMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy.Registered member, in good standing with the ACOT.Specialization or experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team.Exceptional organizational skills.Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of the families we serve.Valid Alberta driver's license, access to a vehicle during work hours, and willingness to drive to BrightPath centers throughout Calgary.Transparent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.School year contract position.
