This Transplant Licensed Social Worker will work directly with transplant patients at St Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, FL.The Transplant Licensed Social Worker Responsibilities IncludeAct as member of team-oriented practice model that includes patients, nurses, clinical resource coordinators, physicians, and other practitioners, caregivers, and the communityPsychosocial Assessments:Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess a patient's readiness for transplant surgery, recovery and rehabilitationEvaluating social support systems, family stability, adherence to medical advice,
