As the Facilities Coordinator, you will report directly to the Manager of HR & Operations and be responsible for the operational and maintenance needs of multiple FVCDC facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building repairs and a commitment to safety protocols while managing contractors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee facilities requests via the helpdesk system • Inspect buildings for maintenance and safety concerns • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks • Liaise with property managers and contractors for services • Manage planning and execution of facilities projects

Requirements: • High school completion or equivalent • Two years in commercial or institutional building operations • Certificate in Facility Management or related field • Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence • Basic First Aid certification from WorkSafeBC
