Dexterra Group in British Columbia seeks a Chef for a Dexterra Remote Services camp facility. The regular shift is 20 days on and 10 days off, with 12-hour days; transportation to site from a designated pickup point.Reporting to the Lodge Manager, the Chef oversees the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, orders food, plans menus, assists with preparation, serving, and control of cooked and uncooked food, trains staff and ensures FOODSAFE compliance.
