and both operational and business process flowsBe proficient in defining user cases and user storiesReview test plans and support QA to verify test output meets with client requirements and expectationsInvestigate data and system issues and work with the stakeholders to understand the root cause and propose solutions and/or design improvementsProvide coaching and support to junior Business Analysts and promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborationOther duties as assigned.Basic Skill Level RequirementsEducationEducation and/or experience equivalent to bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, or BusinessCertification in the field of Business Analysis (an asset)Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an assetExperienceMinimum of 5-7 years' business analysis experience in a technical environment following Agile or Waterfall methodologiesExperience with tax reporting or tax-related service solutionsExperience in leading client onboarding or client implementation projectsExperience in working with external clients to gather and document business requirementsExperience in working as SME, consultant or lead BA on large and complex project considered as an assetExperience with writing complex SQL queries against relational databases or database warehousesSolid understanding of fix-length, XML, CSV file layout and JSON scriptingProactive and highly motivated individual with positive work ethics and time management skills.Previous experience in Financial and/or Print industrySkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and able to speak with clients (internal and external), partners (internal and external), and present technical information in a clear and concise mannerOutstanding teamwork, project management skills, and client centric mindsetGreat attention to details and excellent analytical and problem-solving skillExcellent research and documentations skills, as well as top-notch problem-solving skillsProven ability to perform high-quality work within tight timelines across multiple projects simultaneouslyToolsData modeling, data mapping, process modelingJIRA, Confluence, SharePointProficiency with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)Wireframe and mock-up toolsOracle SQL Developer, PL/SQL, Oracle,
