your responsibilities will be clearly defined, and your input will be valued.ResponsibilitiesUse JobTread project management software to help keep projects organized and moving forwardSchedule, coordinate, and confirm walkthroughs, inspections, and trade activitiesAssist clients with onboarding, project updates, and walkthrough coordinationTrack permits, approvals, budgets, change orders, and other important project documentationMaintain accurate records relating to materials, vendors, communications, and site progressHelp ensure each project phase follows our established design-build processParticipate in internal meetings to identify potential challenges and address roadblocks earlyCollaborate closely with the Director of Operations and site teamsQualifications2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative work, preferably within construction, design, or design-buildHighly organized, comfortable with technology, and confident using Google WorkspaceClear, proactive, and qualified communication skillsEnjoy creating structure and helping teams stay organized and alignedComfortable working in a fast-paced,
