Streamline attendance management and ensure compliance with collective agreements.As a Payroll and Scheduling Coordinator, you will facilitate workforce scheduling, payroll support, and attendance management for designated hospital units. Your responsibility includes developing detailed schedules and ensuring staffing needs are met. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain accurate records while addressing any scheduling concerns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and post workforce schedules compliant with agreementsMaintain accuracy in employee timekeeping and payrollLiaise with management for staffing updates and changesTrack attendance and leave requests effectivelyAssist in optimizing payroll and scheduling processesRequirements:3-5 years of related administrative experienceExperience with UKG or similar systemsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProven capability to handle sensitive information professionallyUtilize your payroll and scheduling experience to enhance operational efficiency.
