Using your skills as a facilitator and coach, you'll help team members strengthen their understanding of Agile principles through collaborative discussions, training and day-to-day guidance.You'll simplify complex concepts and foster a culture of learning—encouraging creativity, transparency and teamwork in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, while removing obstacles and encouraging teams to self-organize and collaborate effectively.What You'll DoPromote the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile principles and Scrum and Kanban practices through coaching, mentorship and training of cross-functional delivery teamsWork on domain teams that include a cross section of business and technical skillsetsFacilitate team events, meetings,



and workshopsSupport Product Owners and teams to define and develop creative processes and improve how they deliver valueRemove and/or elevate team delivery impedimentsAssess the adoption of Agile principles and provide feedback to guide growth and ensure alignment with Agile goalsRequired QualificationsA bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, education, social science or psychologyMinimum five years of experience in technology, innovation or a related fieldProven knowledge and understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with deep understanding of Agile principlesDemonstrated ability to influence behaviours beyond frameworks or checklistsPractical experience running core Scrum events (daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews/demos, retrospectives) with documented outcomesExperience analyzing and resolving a wide range of impediments that are strategic, divisional or technical in natureResearch-informed exposure to Agile practices in diverse contexts (technology, innovation or similar environments)Preferred QualificationsBilingualism (English and French)Experience facilitating workshops such as story mapping, root cause analysis or value stream mappingKnowledge of FCC business processes and agriculture lending practicesNot sure you meet every requirement?
